sourdough pumpkin

I have seen variations of this pumpkin shaped sourdough loaf all over, and I was so excited to give it a go. I just love how it turned out.

This technique is achieved by tying 4 strings around the loaf during the bake and topping with a cinnamon stick.

Would I make again?

Yep! I hope to make this every year.
