pbj frozen popsicles
I survived off of PBJs as a kid! And to be honest, it is one of my go-to snacks as an adult when I have less than 5 minutes. This is such a simple concept: peanut butter granola, yogurt of your choice, and jam. Feel free to adapt!
Ways to adapt:
Change up my homemade jam for your favorite store-bought.
Want more peanut butter? Add dollops of peanut butter with a granola. Mmmmm
Want crunchy peanut butter? Ohhh that sounds good. Do it instead of smooth!
Only have a milk yogurt? Replace the nut yogurt! Just know that this modification will no longer be vegan.
Want something crunchy, but don’t have a granola around? Add nuts instead!
ingredients
1 cup of nut yogurt. I used Forager Vanilla Cashew Milk Yogurt
1/2 cup plum blueberry basil jam
1/2 cup of granola. I used Trader Joe's Peanut Butter Protein Granola.
steps
Build Popsicle.
Back loaded popsicle mold: Alternate between dollops of jam and yogurt into each of the popsicle molds. Top with granola, and place in popsicle stick.
Top loaded popsicle mold: Alternate between adding dollops of jam, yogurt, and granola until full.
