What is a cookie that you could eat a dozen of before blinking? Well, one of mine are Madeleines!! I love the ones that are dipped in chocolate at Starbucks. The original recipe is for a beautifully simple lemon Madeleine, I split the batter in half and added strawberry extract and a touch of food coloring. I topped half of them with a simple lemon glaze and this created lots of textures which I really loved.
