Homemade marshmallows bring cheer to any occasion. They look difficult, but are pretty easy. Not to mention, the homemade version kicks the store bought’s bottom.

After pouring this into the mold, add green food gel dots (8-10) across the top. I then take a skewer to run through to create swirls. I prefer a wood skewer, so I can just toss it. By keeping the skewer vertical, you will get an intense swirl on the surface (as pictured).

Will I make again?

Mallows? Definitely. However, I like to continue to mix it up. I am thinking next time to add red + green for the holidays.
