I have two ice cream cookbooks that I live by: The Perfect Scoop and Salt and Straw.

I used 3 recipes from the Salt and Straw cookbook to make this double fold vanilla ice cream with brownies and strawberry jam. Each were fantastic! And they were just perfect coming together.
