sourdough focaccia by the perfect loaf


If you don’t know already, I am obsessed with the perfect loaf. I am slowly working my way though all of his recipes. I find them in depth, clear and tasty. I feel like he works on his recipe until it is just right.
Would I make this again?
Yes!
Any changes?
Yes and no. I would make this again without changes, but I want to make it with all the toppings (tomatoes, red onion, green onion, olives, etc). This is currently my go-to focaccia recipe.
