rainbow pasta
Pasta Night! Well, it was more of a pasta day! Ever since I saw an instagram post by Carolina Gelen with this 6 braided pasta I fell in love and I HAD TO MAKE IT! It’s like a challah loaf made into a pasta, or is it a pasta made to look like a challah loaf? Either way its a showstopper for sure!
Some notes
preferably 00, but all purpose will do in a pinch
We didn’t juice our own veggies as she suggested. I had flavored flours, so we had to adjust the recipe a bit to work. I used serious eats recipe for egg pasta to get the wet to dry ratios.
Carolina Gelen has a wonderful video on how to braid. I highly highly highly recommend using it.
We ended up cooking our pasta for nearly 20 minutes. So, try to get your braids super thin!
