It is so helpful when making the ice cream, to freeze in on a sheet pan, or a loaf pan with parchment paper under. Doing this allows you o pull it out and cookie cutter your ice cream. This set up saves the headache of trying to scoop out a nice slice and crumbling a cookie around your hard ice cream.
You can buy your ice cream! You don’t have to make it. In my opinion homemade ice cream is always better, but store-bought is better than none.
